How do I become a seller on Vitray?
Click on "Become a seller", create an account, submit your application with your store information (name, categories, address, trade register). Our team reviews your file within 24 to 48h, then you can add your products and start selling.
What are the fees for selling on Vitray?
Registration is free, the monthly subscription is 0 TND. You only pay a commission per sale (the exact percentage is communicated when your account is validated). No listing fees, no product listing fees.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Your customers can pay in cash on delivery (COD), by card via Clictopay or Flouci, or by transfer via Konnect. You receive your funds by bank transfer to your TND account.
How does delivery work?
You can use Vitray's partner courier network (Aramex, First Delivery, local couriers) or manage delivery yourself. The cost is deducted from the cash-on-delivery payment before your share is transferred.
Do I need a Trade Register to sell on Vitray?
A Trade Register is recommended for regular sales. To start as a self-employed (auto-entrepreneur) or test your activity, you can start without a Trade Register and regularize later. Our team guides you through the steps.
