Do I need a Trade Register to sell on Vitray?
A Trade Register is recommended for regular sellers. To start as a self-employed worker or test your activity before formalizing, you can start without a Trade Register. Our team supports you through the regularization steps.
How long does my application review take?
24 to 48 working hours. You receive an email as soon as your account is approved (or a message from the team if additional information is needed).
Can I use my own domain name?
Not in the current version. Your products and store live on vitray.tn. A preview plan will allow pointing a custom domain (CNAME) in a future iteration.
How does payment work? When do I get paid?
The customer pays on delivery (COD) or online (Clictopay, Flouci, Konnect). Once delivery is confirmed and the return period has passed (7 days), Vitray pays your share by bank transfer. The default cycle is weekly, adjustable.
Can I sell second-hand products?
Yes, as long as the products comply with Tunisian legislation (no counterfeit products, no regulated products without authorization). Prohibited categories are listed in our T&Cs.
What happens if a customer returns a product?
Returns are managed from your dashboard. You're notified, you approve or reject the return, and we credit the customer if applicable. The standard return policy is 7 days after delivery.
How are disputes handled?
Our support team acts as mediator. The customer can open a dispute from their dashboard, you respond, and our team decides according to our T&Cs. Funds are frozen for the duration of the dispute.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
No, you can request a withdrawal as soon as you have a positive balance. Transfers are free to Tunisian banks (BIAT, Attijari, Amen, BT, etc.).
Can I have multiple stores?
Yes, under the same supplier account. Useful to separate product lines (e.g., a Fashion store and a Home store).
How do I close my account?
From your dashboard, Settings > Close account. All pending orders are processed, and your balance is paid out before closing.
